1. What this product is

ShopSprint AI™ is a decision system and software toolkit for TikTok Shop affiliates. It is not a course that promises income, not investment advice, and not affiliated with TikTok, TikTok Shop or ByteDance.

Access is granted after a valid purchase. There is no public self-signup. Your login is the email used at checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. TikTok Shop affiliate eligibility is set by TikTok and may change. We do not control whether your account is approved as an affiliate.

3. Plans and entitlements

Starter, Complete Sprint, upgrades, order bumps, upsells and ShopPilot Pro unlock different modules. Features stay available only while the related entitlement is active and not refunded or revoked.

ShopPilot Pro may be included for a limited period with Complete Sprint and then billed as a subscription if you keep it. Failed renewal after a 3-day grace period suspends Pro features only.

4. Acceptable use

Do not share your login, scrape TikTok Shop, reverse-engineer the product, or use generated scripts to make false claims, medical promises, or guaranteed-earnings statements.

AI video prompts are for you to run in third-party tools (Google Flow, Higgsfield, CapCut). You are responsible for those tools’ terms and for labeling AI-generated content on TikTok.

5. No earnings guarantee

Any dollar figure, including a $300 goal, is a calculated target from inputs you provide. It is not typical results and not a promise you will earn money. See the Earnings Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

The software, copy, mission bank and prompt libraries belong to ShopSprint AI. You may use outputs you generate for your own affiliate content. You may not resell the system or the prompt library as your own product.

7. Termination

We may suspend access for abuse, chargebacks, or legal risk. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Your history may be retained as required by law.
